Race Kit Pick-up
IMPORTANT NOTICE - RACE KIT PICK UP LOCATION HAS CHANGED!
Race Kit pick up will take place at the CHARLESWOOD CURLING CLUB - 4000 Grant Avenue.
Dates:
Friday, May 1, 2026 - NOON - 8:00 PM
Saturday, May 2, 20226 - 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Please note that kit pick up will take place in the upper level of the Charleswood Curling Club. If any participant has mobility issues and is not able to use the stairs, please advise one of our volunteer staff and we will bring your kit to you.
There is no early pick up. Kits are assembled the evening prior to the opening of kit pick-up by our volunteers and are not available during the week leading up to race day.
There is NO race day kit pick up. Please ensure your kit is picked up during our kit pick-up hours. If you are unable to attend during the allotted times, please make arrangements for a family member, friend, or another participant to pick up your kit for you. Our volunteers will be on hand to assist anyone picking up kits.
